We’ve got good news again! Not long ago our animated film Dji. Death Fails travelled to the USA to be presented at MisCon Short Film Festival.

This annual festival is dedicated to showcasing the best in science fiction, fantasy and horror film-making. The fans of these genres come here to watch their favorite films and select the best film in each category. The festival ON THE ROAD held in Hungary is an online festival. In other words, everyone who had Internet access could watch shortlisted films, including our animated film “Dji. Death Fails”. The viewers from around the world could vote for their favorite animation. As a result, our film won the 1st place at the “On the Road” Online Film festival!!

Very soon Simpals Animation Studio plans to release the next short animated film about the unlucky death named Dji.

In the meantime, our first film “Dji. Death Fails” continues to travel around the world participating in different festivals. It won more than 10 awards. Not long ago it received another one from the Prokuplje Short Film Festival 2014. The jury of this festival appreciated the work of Moldavian animators by giving it the award for Best Animated Film.
